Gentle and nourishing, restorative forms of yoga allow us to take time out of hectic urban lives to reset and recharge. Calming the nervous system through gentle movements, holds and conscious breath has myriad benefits, from increased immunity to better digestion and lower blood pressure.

These classes are open to all levels and may include some gentle flowing standing movements as well as floor-based, supported postures held a little longer to allow for release and relaxation. Classes will conclude with a longer than usual relaxation and sometimes with a guided mediation. You’ll float out of these classes with a deeper sense of calm, compassion and wellbeing.
