Dionne Blauw

After many years practicing Pilates, Dionne trained to become a professional Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor. She lives and breathes Pilates seven days a week and values living an active, healthy and mindful lifestyle. Classes consist of a series of exercises that improve posture, develop mind-body control and release tension. You will increase personal strength, fitness and flexibility by working on the Pilates technique, connecting the breath to every movement and being introduced to the use of equipment.

Dionne is currently training to become a specialised pre & post-natal instructor. She loves to motivate people to break out of their comfort zone so they can live a healthy and happy life to the fullest.
