Kristin Crenshaw

Kristin has been practicing yoga for nearly 10 years. After taking her first class, she felt excitement for finally finding an exercise she looked forward to instead of dreading. Ever since, Kristin has been exploring yoga by trying as many teachers and styles as she can while deepening her understanding of ancient Eastern philosophies.

Kristin graduated from “Yoga London” and is 200-hour registered yoga teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance. Kristin teaches varied Vinyasa yoga classes. Her favourite classes combine energizing sequences with nurturing slow flows and always involve a strong focus on the breathe, aiming to make the practice mindful and soothing.

Kristin seeks to help her students feel strong, mobile, and grounded while also cultivating a peaceful connection between body, mind, spirit, and nature.

Originally from the United States, Kristin moved to Hackney, London after meeting her English fiancé in 2012. Having done an M.Sc. in Clinical Mental Health Counselling in 2014, Kristin has always had a strong interest in wellness. Kristin now believes yoga to be the single most helpful tool in maintaining daily physical and mental health.
