Molly Martin

Molly first turned to yoga as a means of stress relief and exercise but several years down the line she realised the practice had shed a new light on all parts of her life. This prompted Molly to complete the 200 hour teacher training in 2013 and to travel to Mysore in 2015 to study at the K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute. More recently, Molly completed an advanced Yin teacher training with Norman Blair, Vinyasa Flow immersion with Mimi Kuo-Deemer and has completed her diploma in Yoga Therapy with Yogacampus.

For Molly, yoga has demonstrated that our body, thoughts, feelings and mind are capable of changing and evolving, through a regular practice. Mindful of the fact that we are all students, she feels compelled to share anything that might be useful for others to find their own yoga experiences.
