Natalie found yoga amongst the hectic world of London living as a restaurant manager always on the go. She’d step into class stressed and tired and leave an hour later feeling brand new. Her biggest passion is aiming to give people the same experience, particularly those new to yoga. Her classes are nourishing slow flows, a chance to step into your own body, and space to hear what it needs.

Expect to be welcomed onto the mat with a warm smile, and a relaxed and informal teaching style.
