January 2022
COURSE’S SPECIFICATIONS:
Suitable for Baby’s Ages 0-12 months.
This course will run for 5 consecutive Sundays, starting at 9 am and will run for roughly 1 hour each session.
In each of the 5 sessions we’ll teach you to massage a different area of your baby’s body, how to recognise
baby’s cues, how to build bonding and attachment and we will include special movements to soothe colics
and how to adapt these strokes to your growing child.
At the beginning of each class we will repeat the previous sequence of strokes, so don’t worry too much
if you have to miss a class.
Cost for the whole course / £90
Cold pressed sunflower oil will be provided. Please bring your baby’s blanket or towel or something
your baby is comfortable and familiar with, or that holds your smell.
Due to the small dimensions of our reception area, we would be grateful if you could opt (when possible)
to carry your baby on a sling instead of the pram. There should be enough space to accommodate all of
your prams but it could be a bit of a squeeze.

New Moon Gong Bath:
Let us honor the cyclical nature of the moon together. As the lunar energy increases from the New Moon towards the Full Moon, perfect conditions are created for planting seeds, launching new ideas and to really consider the qualities we want to grow in our lives.
The new moon is the perfect time to create what you want to manifest in your life. The sun and the moon’s gravitational pull at the time of the new moon can be overwhelming to those who are sensitive to energy. The new moon gong bath assists us to cope with these energies, and stay connected with our mind, body and spirit, utilizing the moon energy as a healing experience. The sound of the gong “re-tunes” us on many levels, bringing us into harmony and deep levels of inner peace. These sounds work on a cellular level as well as an emotional level. The sounds of the gong will remind you of your inner ability to be in bliss, as well as take you into a state of deep relaxation and peacefulness.
Date : Saturday 4th December | Time 19.45 to 21:00
Full Moon Gong Bath:
Everything you see around you is vibrating at a frequency, whether we hear it or not. Just like the gravitational pull of the moon affects the tides and water within our bodies, sound frequencies can affect us on a cellular level, even influencing how we feel and function. Sound healing practices like Gong Meditation (also referred to as Gong Bath) uses vibrational sound and frequency to help reduce stress, alter consciousness, and create a deep sense of peace and well-being for better health. To greater amplify the healing effectiveness of Gong Meditation, all you need to add is intention and the energy of the full moon.
Date : Saturday 18th December | Time 19.45 to 21.00
“I was treated for acute back pain by one of the osteopaths at KUU, Justin Repath. The service and treatment he provided were excellent – 2 days later and I am able to move freely and almost without pain. He was caring, professional and really lovely to chat to. The clinic is great – everyone is really friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend.”
