Dynamic forms of yoga have a strong emphasis on matching movement to breath, focussing the mind and building strength and flexibility. Our dynamic flow classes will vary slightly depending on the background and style of the teacher. One class may include a focus on alignment or exploring spiritual ideas, while another will emphasise building a moving meditation with a creative flow of postures and transitions set to music.

Theses classes are generally open to all levels with different variations of the poses offered to suit where you are on your yogic journey and how you’re feeling on that particular day. You’ll leave these classes feeling energised, grounded and inspired, with a spring in your step and a smile to take out into the world.
