Let us honor the cyclical nature of the moon together. As the lunar energy increases from the New Moon towards the Full Moon, perfect conditions are created for planting seeds, launching new ideas and to really consider the qualities we want to grow in our lives.

The new moon is the perfect time to create what you want to manifest in your life. The sun and the moon’s gravitational pull at the time of the new moon can be overwhelming to those who are sensitive to energy. The new moon gong bath assists us to cope with these energies, and stay connected with our mind, body and spirit, utilizing the moon energy as a healing experience. The sound of the gong “re-tunes” us on many levels, bringing us into harmony and deep levels of inner peace. These sounds work on a cellular level as well as an emotional level. The sounds of the gong will remind you of your inner ability to be in bliss, as well as take you into a state of deep relaxation and peacefulness.

Come down to Kuu for a luscious hour of sound bath and guided meditation using Quartz Frosted Crystal Singing Bowls with William. Camp out and get cozy in savasana with mats and blankets provided. Allow the bowls to calm the overstimulated nervous system thus quieting the busy mind and strengthening the deep silence within.

Allow the waves of sound to nourish the subtle energetic body whilst you are gently guided with a meditation to expand the healing experience. The bowls resonance are tuned to work with each individual chakra along the spine from the base to the crown. The frequencies release, clear and shift any stuck energy, allowing the subtle channels to open, align and re-balance creating a deep connection to your true self.

The Crystal frosted bowls used during the sound bath will include a powerful 18” heart chakra healing bowl and 16” third eye opening bowl. These are made to produce tremendous waves of sound that roll off the crystal and resonate throughout the body. The 14” Root Chakra has a stabilising and grounding quality, whilst the collection of mid to higher frequency 12”- 8″ bowls work on the throat, sacral, crown and solar plexus chakras.

The basement of Kuu lends itself beautifully to create deep tones and strong acoustics that bounce off and reverberate across the room and the body.

When played together these bowls produce magnificent chords. The sustained resonance of the sound merges etheric subtle bodies with their powerful blissful vibrations.

“I was treated for acute back pain by one of the osteopaths at KUU, Justin Repath. The service and treatment he provided were excellent – 2 days later and I am able to move freely and almost without pain. He was caring, professional and really lovely to chat to. The clinic is great – everyone is really friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend.”
