Yoga is one of the best forms of exercise during pregnancy. It is a gentle and safe way to stay fit, strong and energised without compromising you or your child’s wellbeing. Yoga helps you to connect to your breathing, to build awareness of your body and embrace the changes. Yoga will help strengthen your birthing muscles and generally promote a healthy conscious birth. The aim of the class is to create a community and to provide a safe environment for women to feel open, supported and empowered.

Classes begin with breathing, moving through onto a sequence of flowing postures modified for pregnancy and ending most importantly with visualisation and relaxation. KUU facilitates a supportive space where you can connect and talk about the practicalities of birth, emotions, fears, worries and hopes.
