Kasia Bogacz
Kasia is a qualified Osteopath and Soft Tissue Therapist with a long-standing passion for the human body, movement, and its remarkable ability to adapt, recover, and heal. She has a special interest in paediatrics.
Originally from Poland and based in the UK since 2010, her interest in health and wellbeing began at an early age, inspired by a fascination with biology, anatomy, and a holistic approach to healthcare.
Since qualifying as a Soft Tissue Therapist in 2017, Kasia has worked with a diverse range of clients, including office workers, active individuals, and pre- and post-natal patients. She believes that every person is unique, which is why she takes the time to understand each client’s needs and tailors every treatment accordingly, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
Kasia has a particular interest in scar therapy and the positive impact hands-on treatment can have in restoring comfort, mobility, and confidence following injury or surgery. Depending on each client’s needs, her treatments may incorporate a range of techniques, including osteopathic treatment, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM), and lymphatic drainage, all aimed at supporting recovery and enhancing overall wellbeing.
Specialisms: Osteopathy, Osteo-Massage Combo, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Sport Massage, Scar Tissue Therapy
