1. Use of language within Terms & Conditions
1.1 The term Patient refers to all persons registered with Kuu London, whether through online booking, email booking, in-person booking or a telephone booking. This includes registration for any and all treatments, classes or workshops offered by Kuu London.
1.2 Kuu London refers to the Kuu London premises in Clapton, East London and to the company as a whole.
1.3 Treatments refer to all services listed in the Therapies and Other services
sections of the website.
1.4 Classes refer to all yoga, pilates and meditation sessions.
1.5 Workshops refer to all sessions listed in the Workshops section of the website.

2. Patients
2.1 Once a person has completed a booking with Kuu London via telephone, email, online booking system or in person at Kuu London, they are considered a Patient and are subject to the full Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Kuu London reserves the right to accept or refuse any person as a Patient.
2.3 All Patients must be aged 18 or over, or have the express written permission of a parent or guardian to become a Patient at Kuu London.
2.4 Patients must provide written notice to Kuu London of any change in postal address or email address. Otherwise Kuu London will assume that any communication sent by these means has been received. Written notice include email communication.
2.5 By registering an email address with Kuu London the Patient agrees to receive email communication from Kuu London. The Patient also accepts that email may not be a fully secure and confidential means of communication.

3. Payment
3.1 Details of all prices and price packages can be found in the Prices section of the Kuu London website, on the Kuu London App and at the Kuu London premises.
3.2 Kuu London reserves the right to change the pricing structure of both classes and treatments. Kuu London will inform all Patients of any changes well in advance and honour any bookings made prior to the change at the original price.
3.3 Payment for all Treatments is due directly after the treatment has taken place.
3.4 Payment for all Classes is due prior to the class, either at the listed drop-in price or using a pre-paid class package.
3.5 Five class packages must be used within two months of the day of purchase.
Classes not used within this time period will be forfeited and there will be no
reimbursement.
3.6 Ten class packages must be used within three months of the day of purchase. Classes not used within this time period will be forfeited and there will be no reimbursement.
3.7 Payment for Workshops is required at time of booking to secure your place.

4.Booking
4.1 The total time of a Treatment includes undressing, dressing, consultation and treatment. Please arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled booking time.
4.2 The total time of a Class includes the time under instruction in the studio only.
4.3 If a Patient arrives late for their booked Treatment their treatment time will nonetheless end at the allotted time to allow for the smooth running of other bookings.
4.4 Late arrivals for Classes will be admitted up to ten minutes after the scheduled start time and at the discretion of Kuu London.

5. Cancellations
5.1 The Patient has a statutory right of [14] days to cancel a course of treatments and be reimbursed. In the case the Patient has bought a package and used some sessions but not all, the Patient can be refunded for the part of the package not used if such cancellation is made within [14] days of purchase. If the patient has used all the treatments in the package within [14] days, the right to cancel is lost. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by clear written notice to our address or by email at hello@kuulondon.com.
5.2 Kuu London has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all Treatments and Classes.
5.3 If a Patient does not notify Kuu London that they wish to cancel a booked Treatment or Class at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the booking
they will be charged in full.
5.4 If a Patient wishes to reschedule a booking, then a new booking time must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the original booking, otherwise the Patient must pay in full.
5.5 Kuu London has a strict three-week cancellation policy for all workshops. However, if the place can be filled from a waiting list the Patient will receive a partial refund after this period with a 10% administration fee deducted.
5.6 By providing us with your credit card information, you are giving us permission to automatically charge your credit card the full amount of your treatment in case of booked Treatments or Classes cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand.

6 General
6.1 No dogs, apart from guide dogs are permitted in the Kuu London premises.
6.2 In the interests of hygiene, no food is permitted in the Kuu London premises.
6.3 No abusive behaviour, either physical or verbal, is tolerated in the Kuu
London premises. All Patients and visitors are obliged to respect the environment of calm and comport appropriately.
6.4 These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
6.5 Kuu London reserves the right to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in line with the affairs of the business. All Patients will be notified of any changes via email and all changes will be immediately binding for Patients.
6.6 All design, graphics and logos within the Kuu London website are the sole property of Kuu London and permission must be sought before any use or reproduction. All rights reserved.

7. Liability
7.1 Under the limitations set by the Consumer Right Act, Kuu London shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage, cost or expense suffered by the Patient if and to the extent that it is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Patient or by breach by the Patient of its obligations under the Agreement.
7.2 Neither Party shall have any liability under or be deemed to be in breach of the Agreement for any delays or failures in performance of the Agreement which result from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Party affected. Each Party shall promptly notify the other Party in writing when such circumstances cause a delay or failure in performance and when they cease to do so.

8. Termination
8.1 The contract between the Patient and Kuu London commences on the date  the first booking is made and terminates on the date that the last treatment or class is receive or taken.

9. Confidentiality and Personal Data
9.1 Where Kuu London receives any ‘personal data’ (as defined by the Data
Protection Act 1998) from a Patient, it shall ensure that it fully complies with the provisions of the Act and only collect data to fulfil its obligations under the contract.
