Cancellation fee and Failure-to-attend fees
We kindly request a 24 hours notice to change or cancel a booked appointment.
We regularly deal with patients that are in pain and that would benefit from a last minute appointment, if enough notice is given to us, we would be able to accommodate this urgent cases.
Moreover, there are costs implications affecting the therapists and the clinic.
We will endeavour to use discretion in each case, and a full refund will be made if 24 hours notice is given to us or if we are able to re-allocate the time-slot.
For recurring cancellations at short notice, we will require a pre-payment at the time of booking.
